2 Days Before: Prepping for the Perfect Tan
The countdown is on! It’s time to prepare your skin for a smooth, even tan. Here’s what you need to do:
Shave, wax, & do everything else first
If you plan to do any hair removal, leave enough time. If waxing is your go-to for silky, smooth skin, schedule that appointment a week before your event. This gives your pores enough time to recover and close, avoiding any tan seepage into your pores (we're talking about those pesky 'strawberry legs' no one wants)! If you're a last-minute shaver, aim for at least 24 hours before tanning.
Exfoliate
Use your Tan Removing & Skin Polishing Glove to exfoliate your skin. Exfoliating removes old skin cells and preps your skin for a flawless tan. Do this 24 hours before applying your tan to allow your pores time to cool and close.
Remove Old Tan
If you’ve previously tanned, use the Deluxe Tan Remover to remove any existing tan. Apply it 10 minutes before showering to ensure all residual tan is gone.
Clean Skin
Make sure your skin is free from any shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or moisturiser residue. Use your Tan Removing & Skin Polishing Glove at the end of your shower to ensure nothing is left on your skin that could prevent your tan from developing properly.

During the development time, avoid sweating or contact with liquids, as this can affect your tan. -
Let It Develop
Once you rinse off the tinted guide, your tan will continue to develop for 24 hours. Avoid oils and moisturiser during this time to let the tan fully set.
