Online orders are processed and shipped from Ontario, Canada. Dispatch delays may also be encountered due to any local holidays.
Once orders are placed, they may not be able to be edited, added to, or cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.
Returns
We hope that you love your Loving Tan products as much as we do. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your unopened, unused, undamaged, original packaging products to us within 30 days from date of delivery, in exchange for a store credit. Please note we do not accept returns purchased from Loving Tan stockists. All items purchased from retail partners must be returned to the retailer from which the products were purchased in accordance with their return policies.
We take immense pride to ensure all items are shipped correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally items may become damaged in transit. If you are concerned you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email at info@lovingtan.com providing photographic evidence of the damage or defect. If the product is deemed damaged/defective, you will be issued with a full refund. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
COVID-19
Loving Tan orders are being dispatched from our Canadian warehouse as normal, however, to ensure the safety of our warehouse staff, we have less staff in the warehouse at any given time during this period. Due to this there may be some slight delays in dispatching and shipping your order. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. We will endeavour to ship all orders as soon as possible using the best method possible, however any delays due to the shipping provider are outside of our control. We are continuing to monitor this situation and will reassess daily.
